Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner had an exceptional game, setting a personal season high for rushing yards in a game to earn the StatSheet NFL Offensive Player of the Week award. Turner ended the day with 27 carries for 139 yards and two touchdowns in the 31-17 victory against the Panthers. To this point in the season, he has rushed for 499 yards in addition to six touchdowns.
This is the first time this season that Turner has won the award. Running back Fred Jackson of the Bills is the runner-up (121 rush yds, 47 rec yds, 1 TD). Honorable mention goes to running back Ahmad Bradshaw from the Giants (26 car, 104 rush yds, 3 TD).

StatSheet NFL Defensive Player of the Week: Darrelle Revis, New York Jets
New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis had a spectacular game as he set a personal season high for interceptions in a game and earns the StatSheet NFL Defensive Player of the Week award. Revis recorded three solo tackles and two interceptions during the 24-6 win against the Dolphins. In total for the season, he has 18 tackles and three interceptions.
This is the first time Revis has earned the award this season. The runner-up is linebacker Aldon Smith of the 49ers (4 tkls, 4 solo, 2 sacks, 1 FF). Jets linebacker Calvin Pace receives honorable mention (7 tkls, 6 solo, 2 sacks, 1 FF). Finishing in fifth is cornerback Terrence McGee from the Bills (11 tkls, 11 solo).

StatSheet NFL Offensive Rookie of the Week: Jake Ballard, New York Giants
New York Giants tight end Jake Ballard put forth an impressive effort this past week. Ballard finished the day with 81 yards on five receptions in the narrow 27-24 victory over the Bills. So far this season, he has 273 yards receiving in addition to two touchdowns.
This is the first time Ballard has received the StatSheet NFL Offensive Rookie of the Week award this season. Rams tight end Lance Kendricks is the runner-up (4 rec, 71 rec yds). Honorable mention goes to Rams wide receiver Greg Salas (8 rec, 77 rec yds).

StatSheet NFL Defensive Rookie of the Week: Aldon Smith, San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith was a menace everywhere he went in his last outing. Smith racked up four solo tackles, two sacks, and one forced fumble during the 25-19 win against the Lions. For the year, he has 10 tackles and 5.5 sacks.
Smith wins his first StatSheet NFL Defensive Rookie of the Week award this season. The runner-up is Browns defensive end Jabaal Sheard (4 tkls, 4 solo, 1 sack, 1 FF). Defensive end John Chick of the Jaguars receives honorable mention (1 tkl, 1 solo, 1 sack, 1 FF). The highest ranking player from the Bills is linebacker Danny Batten, who finished fifth (5 tkls, 3 solo).
