Ryan Fitzpatrick was troubled by turnovers, finishing 20 for 31 with 146 yards passing, one touchdown and three picks. Tony Romo put up better numbers for the Cowboys, and ended up going 23 of 26 with 270 yards through the air, three touchdowns and no interceptions.
Jackson was a bright spot for the Bills, running for 114 yards on 13 carries with one fumble. Donald Jones snagged six balls for 51 yards.
The Buffalo defense surrendered 163 yards rushing and 270 passing.
Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray could not be contained, putting up 135 yards rushing, 36 receiving and one touchdown. Wide receiver Laurent Robinson was also solid with 73 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Next week, the Bills head to Miami Gardens to face the Dolphins (2-7) while the Cowboys go to Landover to play the Redskins (3-6).
